Garza Construction helped us with a reconstruction project after a water leak. We were very pleased with their communication, attention to detail, and timeliness. The crew and subcontractors that we encountered all appeared to be courteous and competent. We especially appreciated the communication/effort to ensure our pets were safe during the construction.
Last year, we discovered dry rot in several places around out exterior and it penetrated into several key interior structural vertical wooden support sections.
After calling several construction companies, Garza responded by sending a representative out, they gave us a firm written estimate and we were so pleased with the results.
They replaced the damaged wood supports, the protective water barrier underneath the siding and then repainted the areas that needed coverage.
They also discovered other ares that needed repair and covered that as well.
Their service was responsive, they listened to our needs, delivered their replacement and repair service with a team that was friendly, professional on time and on budget. We were impressed and I recommend Garza Construction to others as well.

We hired Garza Construction based on a recommendation of a friend, who had had a kitchen, deck, and more built by this company. We needed a new floor, stone countertop, and much finish work (baseboards, walls, paint and more) done after a water heater flooded our finished basement. They were punctual, careful, highly skilled, and fairly priced. I can’t praise Marcellino highly enough. He’s a great communicator, kept us in the loop at all times, and is a super nice person, too. His crew showed up early and left late — really. The billing office is also friendly and competent. Without a doubt we would hire them again.

There was little over-run in the price, and that was mainly due to unexpected problems with the house. The quality of the work was high. We were given a schedule and except for a few instances caused by things out of their control, they stuck to the schedule. Great care was taken that there was no incidental damage to the rest of the house as they moved supplies & equipment around. Communication was good.
